Garcinia Cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit, sometimes called tamarind. Though native to Indonesia, it is also grown in India, Southeast Asia, and West and Central Africa. It has long been used in traditional South Asian dishes, including curries and chutneys. Many also use the fruit for curing fish and preservation.

The HCA extract from garcinia cambogia supplement aids in weight loss by doing two things: it helps to block fat, and it suppresses your appetite.
HCA blocks fat by inhibiting a key enzyme that your body needs to make fat from carbohydrates: Citrate lyase. Usually carbohydrates or sugars that are not used immediately or stored in other forms are converted into fats. When HCA inhibits citrate lyase, the fat-making process is halted and the production of LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides decrease. HCA also suppresses appetite by increasing serotonin levels. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter in your brain that makes you feel good. By increasing serotonin levels, HCA improves mood and suppresses the drive to react to stressful situations with food. As you eat less, your body senses this and it releases stored fat in your fat cells.

I'm shocked, it really works

My second day of taking Garcinia Cambogia extract along with green tea pills, Saffrontrim and CLA and I had to remind myself to eat. I'm a night time snacker and I haven't snacked not once. Unless something changes I have real hope of losing this weight. I ate less than 1,000 calories today and I'm not hungry at all and it's 4:10 AM. I was taking the green tea pills, Saffrontrim and CLA , but I was still eating everything at night, but adding Garcinia Cambogia made a world of difference. I don't know if it works alone and I'm not going to find out, these pills are working for me. No side affects at all for me. I have about 50 lbs to take off and I feel real hope for the first time.Update: OK, I've been taking these pills for almost a month and I've lost 16 lbs, woohoo. When I dropped below 200 lbs you would have thought I'd won the lottery. I've done no exercises, but now that it's getting warmer I plan on starting a 3 mile walk 3 or 4 days a week. The park trail is 3.2 miles. Who said a loser can't be happy? Good luck from this happy loser.

I have taken the product for less than a week and although I have not measured my midriff, I can tell, as could my Mom, that I have gone down in size. My midriff is definitely a problem too - I have an apple shaped body. I have changed NO eating habits, so when I start my walking routine and start watching what I eat, I can't imagine how great the results will be. Love this stuff!
