Important to note

OK, so I stumbled across this stuff because my husband brought it home from the gym. I am admittedly a diet-pill junky and caved after a few weeks and tried it. Its a great little buzz that helps me focus, id recommend only taking one in the mid morning and making sure you eat a good meal first, you won't want to eat the rest of the day (most likely). It doesn't so much suppress appetite as it makes you INCREDIBLY NAUSEATED which deters you from eating.The side effects I noticed on a regular basis with it were nausea, light-headedness, sweaty arm pits, occasional breathlessness, as well as an elevated heartbeat.For what I was expecting it did a good job of delivering, not the best pill I've had either, but ephedra is off the market so this will do.

Lipo 6 it is what it is

Look, there is NOT A PILL that could ever get rid of fat. You have to actually get off the couch and eat right and exercise. It's calories in vs calories out. Simple math.I found this pill because I needed a boost. I had to cut Coffee out of my diet.These pills have always worked great for the exact things I wanted it for:Appetite suppressantEnergy boost without jitters or crashThis is an older pill. Now they make mostly the lipo 6 black. I don't know why companies mess with good things.Boom. That's all. I get mine from vitamine shoppe because they have sales that seem to be cheaper.

Was out of breath

I had 2 caps for first two days and was fine but from the third day I started 2 in morning and 2 in afternoon and was going tremendously breathless while working out. I am back to 2 now although I am not sure how effective it will be but do not want to feel that way as this is just a secondary help after the working out and diet. If it replaces the main activities then it is not worth it.
