Amazing product but you must follow the rules

For years, I have tried losing weight but nothing ever worked. Then a friend told me how her friend had dropped 60 pounds using these drops. I was intrigued and now two months later, I'm 30 pounds lighter! But even more important is what I "gained": a change in my eating habits. I had posted a review when you could buy single bottles of 1234 Diet Drops but it doesn't look like Amazon sells them anymore. So here's an updated version of my original review.There are four phases with these drops. 1) The first two days you start the drops you load up and can eat anything you want. It's good to do this over a weekend. 2) After the first two days is when the "diet" really begins. It's based on the book "Pounds and Inches" which can be found online free. You can eat 2 3.5 oz. servings of protein, certain vegetables, 2 slices of Melba toast/grissini (breadstick), and 2 servings of fruit like apples and strawberries. You decide what you eat and when you eat. They also recommend you not eat the same foods day after day. Before each meal you take the drops, then wait ten minutes before you can it. It is also recommended that you drink 2-3 liters of water/tea/coffee each day. 3) Phase 3 is a transition period where you go off the drops but still eat the same diet with a few more food options. 4) Phase 4 is maintenance.It is recommended that you only stay on the drops between 30-45 days then cycle off for three weeks and then go back on them if you need to lose more weight. I did this and cycled off for only two weeks. These drops are all natural and I honestly don't know how they work except they stave off hunger. It's probably the low calorie diet that causes the weight loss. I found this is one diet that's easier to stay on the longer you do it because it's so motivating to see the weight come off so quickly. Also the longer I've been on them, the less I think about food and love being in control of my eating. In fact, these drops helped me lose my sweet tooth.My first 15 pounds came off fairly easy. The next 15 pounds I didn't lose daily like I did in the beginning but would plateau for days at a time. Eventually I would lose again. I rarely exercised since the low calorie nature of this diet made me so hungry. It didn't matter because the weight kept coming off.The most important thing to remember is you MUST follow their protocol. They will not work if you stray frequently off the plan. It's also not for people who can't resist food in a social situation. Another down side is the drops don't come with many instructions although you can go to the Creative Bioscience website for more information.While these drops might not work for everyone, I'm so happy they worked for me! I hope they also work for other people who have been struggling to lose weight like me.

I have been using this for 2 weeks and I have already lost 9-10 pounds! It seems like it has suppressed my appetite. I don't follow the diet, but I do keep my calories low. I will definitely be ordering more of this before I run out!

This is a great product and diet plan. I have lost almost 19 lbs. in 23 says. I am so excited! I have gone out to eat several times and only fudged a bit. This is the best thing I've done and I've done them alllllllllll!
