Product works great !!

This product works great, you have to put in a little work yourself... limiting your sweets and fat intake, which really isn't a problem because the ketones and african mango kill your desire to really eat as much. What i have noticed is it's better to take these pills on an empty stomach for the best results, and for me i take two pills in the morning and bought a bottle of the african mango off of amazon which is on sale for dirt cheap and take two of those in the evening to kill the cravings.

Works Great ! No such thing as a miracle pill you need to work with it !

Its scientifically proven that this helps burn fat. BUT THERE ARE NO MIRACLE FAT BURNING PILLS THAT WORK !! You need to work with it ! This will definitely speed up the process of burning off fat with a good diet and exercise.Your diet is #1Your activities you can start off slow and progress to more aggressive activities as you become healthier and more excited due to losing the pounds and gaining some muscle.GOOD LUCK AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!

Back in early August I got a chance to participate in a 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge sponsored by Creative Bioscience in exchange for an introduction blog review, an update review, and a final review. I choose to try the Raspberry Ketone 1234 for my product review.The ingredients in the Raspberry Ketone 1234 are African Mango Extract (Irvingia Gabonensis), Acal Fruit, Green Tea Extract, Resveratrol, Caffeine Anhydrous, Apple Cider Vinegar (powder), Kelp, Grapefruit (powder), and Raspberry Ketone.I followed the simple directions by taking two capsules a day with full glass water and I kept my water intake high as I became thirstier than I usually do. There is no such thing as a magic capsule, so it was recommended to eating healthy and exercising regularly.Even though I'm just into my third month with the Ketone, I have decided to go ahead and write my final thoughts on the product. During my first three weeks I lost about five pounds and as of today I have lost an additional four pounds. Now I have to be honest, my diet has been very strict and I haven't been exercising daily, but with the added water I have lost nine pounds and dropped one pant size. For me, the Raspberry Ketone has help curb my appetite as I never felt hungry during the day. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. With the remaining bottle that I have, I hope I can drop one more pound for an even ten pounds.
