My fiancee told me about this product as a good way to loose weight and maintain energy so I tried it and it's everything she said it was! Great product if you are on the go and can't really commit to a complete diet plan. Eating health does improve the performance of the product, at least I think. Results my vary but if helped me and I'm really satisfied with the product. Pricing was great as well. And shipped on time
