Solid Thermogenic w/ some side effects

I am a fan of Biotest products and an old user of ephedra products, and my desire for a new thermogenic led me to Hot Rox. I am a regular exerciser without much excess fat, and my intent was not quick fat burn, but a supplement that would allow me to chisel slowly as I modify my diet and increase the intensity of my training, and thus far it has not failed. Using 1 pill per day, on an empty stomach in the morning, I have trimmed 3 lbs in two weeks, which likely seems like nothing, but looks and feels to be fat loss as I've hardened and rounded out my musculature. I intend to move to two pills, once twice a day, in hope of getting down a few more pounds, easily dropping me below 10% body fat.In terms of the product - a nice, warm buzz. Cleaner than caffeine-only products, the inclusion of Yohimbine seems noticeable and welcome as my limbs feel energized, rather than just a fast-beating heart. At the advice of the directions, I have avoided coffee/other stimulants within 4 hours or so of taking the product, as it does feel like it could result in some negative side effects...there is a sense that Hot Rox is potent, and I drink many caffeinated drinks per day. (the reason I started with 1 a day!) In addition, I live in an often cold area, and this product helps me get my heart rate up and my sweat flowing more easily.I have used Biotest Spike, as well, which is more of a caffeine based energy pill. So far, Hot Rox feels more like old-school Xenadrine than anything I've taken since those products were taken off the market. If you're willing to use it as intended - accompanying a focused diet and exercise program, I believe you'll see positive results.*update* About 6 weeks in, and I am still pleased with this product. Initial weight loss has somewhat tapered, but I am feeling leaner and enjoy being able to break a sweat more readily. Potency has not waned, as is sometimes the case as one builds tolerance to other caffeine based energy pills. It's worth noting that 2 pills at once gave me some serious hives - an itchy rash on my hands/forearms and on my legs that went away the next day, but I read similar reports from others and simply discontinued this dose. There were no other allergic symptoms than the rash...

A trip down memory lane...

I had used Hotrox almost 8 years ago when it was on Walmarts shelf. I lost 30lbs in less than 2 months. I was working retail so also did lots of walking while using it and it melted the fat off.I recently (over 5 years and several pregnancies) put on 90lbs. I had been looking everywhere for this because I know it works, only recently now just found it! I workout, eat good but the weight comes off sooo slow. I sadly need results right away to keep me motivated.I've been on Hotrox a few days and love it! It's a huge huge appatite suppressant for me, I naturally want to drink lots of water on it, and the energy makes me want to workout. I am seeing results quickly and it naturally flushes out your colon after taking a pill (not excessively, just once after taking a dose). I have no heart palpitations, no racing and no side effects.It works perfect for me, I'm 26 and about 210lbs. I will update when I get to my goal weight and tell you how long it took. I'd recommend it but I know everybody's bodies react differently. So take it slow and work up on the dosage. I only need 2 not 4 a day to feel this good, get results and have steady energy. I'm sure 4 a day would make me feel like a hummingbird in a shoe box.
