Weight wasn't as much as expected.

Although I do enjoy using the item every day. I feel like I was fooled when I purchased it. It says the weights were 5lbs ,so I expected each one to be 5 lbs. Turns out its 5lbs together. so 2 1/2 pounds each, which I find to be too little.

Love these things. Wish they had more weight. Buddy of mine got a pair as well. Stays put while running as well as walking.

Great for added calorie burning

These legs weights are very well constructed -- I've had them about 4 months, worn them almost daily, and they still are in great shape. You forget they are on after about 5 minutes -- when you do notice them, it feels more like you're wearing boots than carrying around an extra 10 pounds. They are slim enough to fit under pants/jeans, even inside boots. The velcro straps make them somewhat adjustable, but once they are in place they stay in place. I would recommend these to anyone that is busy and can't always get in a workout, but would like to see added benefits from their normal day to day walking.
