From regular workouts to...HULK SMASH!

I was using Jack3d, which worked just fine but I needed a level higher. Purchased this and,...WOW. Extremely good product for anyone really pushing it hard in the gym. This is not for amateurs for sure. I was doing a little more than an hour in the gym. Now I am clearing 2 plus hours. GREAT PRODUCT!Note: I only take 3/4 scoop for pre workout. Also, don't take this after 3pm if you want to sleep that night. First time I took it I took a full scoop and was up for 36 hours....So the only negative is that it works too well.

Make no mistake - this is a preworkout supplement designed, first and foremost, for stim junkies. With more than 400mg of caffeine per serving, this has 4x the caffeine of the latest Jack3d formula, 5x the caffeine of an 8oz Red Bull and more than virtually any other preworkout (certainly all the popular ones). When you combine all that caffeine with the other stimulants, it is intense.One scoop should be more than enough for most people; I can't see anyone needing more than 1.5. So the value is unbelievable!That said, this is not JUST an energy drink. It has decent-enough amounts of beta-alanine, creatine and NO-boosting ingredients, so while energy might be the primary selling point, this is a well-rounded, highly-worthwhile preworkout.Taste - nothing noteworthy. You don't drink these for the taste, but it's not like this tastes awful or anything.As far as non-DMAA products go, this is the best around. Just buy it!

Taste: not good. It is effective. has a little too much of a niacin flush for me (itchy skin) but overall it is a decent product.
