Controls My Eating

I use garcinia gambogia to control my appetite. I used to starve myself and then wound up binging. I wanted something to help control my appetite so I wasn't starving and then eating a huge meal to make up for it. I wasn't losing any weight this way but I thought I was doing things right.The garcinia controls my appetite really well all day long. I no longer feel like I am starving all the time. I did make some adjustments in my eating habits as well. I am now eating three small meals a day. The garcinia gambogia has given me a new outlook on life. I feel like for the first time I have a good chance of success with losing weight.In conjunction with my change in eating habits the garcinia gambogia is working. I have been using this method for 5 weeks now and have lost a total of 16 pounds. I have never lost that much weight before. I am excited to see how much weight I can lose.I do not have any type of negative side effects with the garcinia gambogia. I am not jittery or on edge like other weight loss pills I have used before. I am so very happy with this supplement.

I bought this product after watching the Dr Oz show, and since this was 1550mg and had no other supplements mixed with it, I figured I would give it a try.It does work, it does help with my cravings for food.I am a very large man and in 4 weeks I have lost 20 pounds, and 5.4 pounds of the 20 lost in the 4th week.I have cut out regular pop, watching my sugar, fat, and carb intake. Eating salads with low fat or fat free dressings as my main filler.This is the first product that I have tried that does not effect my mood or keep me up at night.Garcinia Cambogia has helped me, I take 2 in the morning and take a Centrum along with 16-20oz glass of water and it curbs my hunger all day.I have found I do the best eating 3 small meals a day with a snack a couple hours before bed time of low fat pretzels, fruit, or any low fat, low sugar food.

For me, I found that appetite control is the number one thing to losing weight in a healthy way. Although I'm not as "small" as I'd like to be, I'm a pretty thick individual. But the results that I've seen by using this product have put a very big smile on my face.So lets talk about this product. Garcinia Cambogia has been around for a very long time but has only just recently been used for weight loss in the western world.
