Does what it says! Controls cravings too.

I do quite a bit of research when it comes to the things I purchase. After reading many reviews I decided to try this product.Quality of capsule is excellent. Does not upset my stomach whatsoever. I do not get the jitters at all. The raspberry aftertaste is very pleasant. I have lost a total of 5 pounds in two weeks on this product. My diet goes like this:Breakfast:3 eggs scrambled no toastLunch:Tim Horton's Barbecued Chicken WrapDinner:Whatever I wantSnack:Plain Greek Yogurt (As much as I want)This product helps control hunger cravings and helps to burn my midsection fat since I hate crunches!Try it and stick to a simple daily diet. Its boring but it works!

This works! I have lost my appetite and weight. It says it isn't a stimulant and they are correct. I needed a boost of energy so I added garcinia to it. This product has been good to me for over 6 months now. Initially, I used it to ramp up my diet because I had a bunch of weight to lose (30 pounds). The first month, taken religiously, I lost 10 pounds with minimal exercise (Wii) and somewhat healthy food. I still had bread and occasionally fried food, but I tried to eat green vegetables and fruit every day.Month 2, I got a little more agressive with working out because I felt the energy and soon the strength followed. I walked with hand weights and continued with the Wii. Diet stayed the same but my portions got smaller, and I ate more snacks. Mostly nuts and fruit. Lost 8 pounds but I am fairly certain there was some muscle gain based on my appearance.Month 3, lost another 8 and joined a gym for real strength straining and kept up with cardio.4 pounds to go in month 4 and I don't even care what the scale reads anymore because I look and feel fit and healthy. I don't take the pills everyday anymore, more like 2-3 times per week because I still like the energy they give. I know my hard work is the reason for my succeess. That success would not have been as fast, easy, effective or enjoyable without the help of these pills.
