Raspberry ketone were easier than I expected

I gained a lot of weight after wedding, and I first thought exercising and eating well would easily help me lose my extra pounds. Unfortunately I was so wrong!! I saw my high school mate who was initially heavier than me. She recommended me Raspberry ketone and this was my 6thtime in my life of paying money in order to try different body weight supplements. The two capsules in day led to tremendous results that I had longed waited for. In fact the supplement itself is a hunger suppressant so it made me reduce the number of meals I had in a day. Initially I used take about six meals and with raspberry ketone I reduced them to four meals in a day.The few weeks with raspberry ketone were easier than I expected. My aim was to lose 6 Lbs in two weeks time, which I am glad I did it. Fortunately, I did not see any side effects like nausea when I was using raspberry ketone. I will recommend it to anyone who is serious in losing weight.
