So far . . . this is my preferred pre-workout supplement

I'm 59 years old as of this writing. I/ve always been athletic, and still work out regularly, but wanted to get more out of my workouts as my body heads for 60. I work out at 5 AM before going to work at 6:30, and wanted something to help me get through an hour of intense workout. I'm doing weights either three days/week, or on a 4 day split routine. Alternate days are cardio. I don't use a pre-workout supplement on cardio days.The recommended full dose for GAKIC Pro is 8 tabs 30 - 56 minutes prior to workout, starting with 4 to assess tolerance. A half-dose of 4 tabs was a great boost. After a couple of weeks, I went up to 6 tabs, and eventually to 8. After two months, I took a month off. I did two more cycles like this.GAKIC provided me with a noticable increase in focus, although not intense. It did provide strength and stamina gains. I was using greater weight and pumping out more reps. At the end of my workouts, I still had something left - but had to get to work.I've tried other pre-workout supplements in the 2 years since, and never been as pleased as with GAKIC. During this time, I've found that Acetyl L Carnitine first thing when I get up in the morning provides an increase in focus and has health benefits for organs that I want.I'm going back to cycling GAKIC to power my workouts, along with Aceytl L Carnatine for added focus and organ health.You may not have the same experience, but I'd suggest GAKIC is worth trying to find out.

10-15 percent gains immediately. Don't use more than 6 pills though. Heart races a little when you do cardio after lifting.
