I use this as an appetite supressant and it works like a charm. I take about 3 caps a day - needing it mostly at night to avoid getting the munchies! I'm terrible...I get a snack attack at about 8 pm. Garcinia Complex shuts it right down - I don't even think of food! Doesn't hurt that this company is run by a pharmacist either...I trust it.
