Great buzz and lost an extra 5lb

I have been losing weight consistently at around 5lb a week for the last month (I have a lot to lose as my start weight was 240 lbs). Then I decided to buy these pills to see if they would give me a little boost. Turned out that they gave me a huge boost and I lost 10lb in my first week. I am now losing one lb every day and love the extra energy and mood boost that I get from them. I seriously recommend for anyone wanting to increase the affectiveness of their own diet in the same way that I have.

I had read about Raspberry ketones in a magazine and thought I'd give them a try. I've tried a few different brands now and this one is definitely my favorite. Some do not contain caffeine and I personally want the extra energy. These did not make me jittery in any way. I do feel like I have more energy. I will definitely order this brand again and have recommended it to my friends. I take 2 a day - morning and early afternoon right before a meal.

Not too amazed...

I bought these and at first I really liked them because they helped suppress my appetite but after a couple weeks they started to make me sick. I stopped taking them for a few weeks and started with just one in the morning and they made me super jittery and caused me to have a super upset stomach. I ended up giving them away to someone at work because they didn't affect her the same way.
