Works if you want to be nauseous

One thing this product doesn't tell you that myself and others have found out is that you don't feel hungry because it makes you upset to your stomach and causes so much gas. Not good. I don't want to curb cravings because I'm too sick to eat anything. That is not healthy. Not impressed at all. This is the first time I've gotten any diet supplement. It was highly reviewed but I don't want sickness...I am striving for health. High protein, high fiber diet with lots of exercise is my mainstay. Gonna stick with it.

Excellent!!!

Excellent Product!! For weeks I was attempting to lose weight, but despite my honest efforts using diet and exercise, I was not meeting my weight loss goals. I was beginning to lose hope, and I even considered crash diets, popular upcoming diet plans, food subscriptions, a nutritionist, and other solutions. However, I found this product! This product contains several natural extracts, and it is easy to remember (you only take it twice a day before your meals!). After taking the supplement, I noticed I was not craving sweets or snacks in that awkward time before meals, nor was I waking up in the middle of the night gravitating towards the refrigerator. Not to mention, it seems to curve my appetite, and I have a noticed a decline in the amount of food consumed. I am able to make smaller plates of food without feeling unsatisfied. This plus my previous workout and better eating choices has allowed me to surpass my original weight loss goals. It is nice to know it works with your body instead of against the natural flow. Of course, like any product or program, you should consult your doctor before consuming. 5/5 stars!

I have been using this product for about 4 to 5 months. Even though I have not lost any significant amount of weight, it has halted a 2-year trend of uncontrollable slow weight/fat increase. It has also almost totally eliminated my "before bed" cravings (unless I am totally stressed out!). When taken about 20 minutes before a meal with an 8-oz. glass of water, it diminishes my appetite. I decided to try this formula instead of others, in spite of the higher cost, because it also contains other natural ingredients that are recommended for weight/fat loss and carbohydrate metabolism. I just ordered another 180-day supply. Additionally, I have finally started to slowly slim down (very slowly). I firmly believe that if I had the time to exercise on a regular basis and totally eliminate stress at work, I would be a lot slimmer than I am now. I definitely would recommend this product.
