Normally when I use a cleanse kit, there is an immediate change in digestion and other noticeable areas, but I haven't really noticed anything of the sort. It might work a bit in the long run, and it was cheap so I won't be too disappointed if the results are minimal.

good if u can mass order them together with shipping, per single under 8 bucks.to get it working effectively, if u eat a lot take the green one 2-3 times(makes u go party alot-thats the whole point of this pill) a day and 4 on the purple one.what i did was, when i get up i take my multi vitamins(centrum under 50)+Vit D+Vit E+ Alpha lipoinc acid + (vitalabs potassium + kelp-looks like a purple bottle-take 1 every other day) + Vit C 1000.(if ur overweight but in good health-i suggest googling the above pills to find out how much u should be taking of each, so u know how they work and the benefits)take it as all this stuff above as soon as you wave up with at least 2 cold 8oz of water maybe with a teaspoon(or 2 which i did 2) ofregular white or cane sugar(i stick to cane and not the bleached one;but my sugar sub is stevia;cannot be the fake sugars and stevia and what not, it has to be the candy sugar that ur body stores fast-what this does is if u use sugar early up in the morning ur body will absorb that the fastest than any other food--but would u look at that ur body was tricked to absorb the pills fast as well-im not trolling im using my own words to describe to u-dont believe me ask MD),after 15-20 min then u take the NxLabs Weightloss pills and eat ur food. you have given plenty of time for ut body to start snatching all those pills and absorbing them up.*in this situation sugar is "catalyst"*multivitamins give u basics of ur bodys needs-the excess of the multi vits gets flushed out during the day cycle as needed.*Vit D- is responsible for absorbing calcium and phosphate in ur intestines when taken as a tablet or pill(since i use pill) its converted into calcitriol, which circulates as a hormone in the blood, regulating the concentration of calcium and phosphate in the bloodstream and promoting the healthy growth and remodeling of bone. has good effects on immune system function and some more good benefits, i mainly use it for immune system support.*Vit E-has many many good benefits, i use it strictly for lustrous/hydrated soft skin and as an anti oxidant that helps stop the production of reactive oxygen species formed when fat undergoes oxidation(melting of fat in understandable terms-when u lose weight to quick to to secret substances or exercise insanely this IS A MUST HAVE OF MINIMUM OF 1000MG of VIT E).*Alpha Lipoic Acid- prevents certain kinds of cell damage in the body, and also restores vitamin levels such as vitamin E and vitamin C. there is also evidence that alpha-lipoic acid can improve the function and conduction of neurons in diabetes. alpha-lipoic acid is used in the body to break down carbohydrates and to make energy for the other organs in the body. Alpha-lipoic acid seems to work as an antioxidant, which means that it might provide protection to the brain under conditions of damage or injury. the antioxidant effects might also be helpful in certain liver diseases, i mainly use as a liver supporter ans a catalyst for vitamin E and C.*Vit C-sigh taking to long to write this up, hehe, ill keep it short. i use it to reverse oxidation in liquids(or fats inside body) and help repair/heal the damage done by some chams to the, ether with NxLabs Weight Loss Cleanse or some other stuff(im am a drug-free person and dont take any drugs if ur wondering) its a great benefit.*potassium with kelp-(theres is so many awesome benefits with this i cant go over u must look for ur self-thyroid support, which most peoples is really bad(mainly low T3) so u need iodine which kelp has a ton of(which is 3rd most important part that controls hormones) (1st Hypothalamus, 2nd pituitary gland)i said every other day, because if u daily take the one i stated above u gonna run in overload(it was for me) which causes rashes or what u might call an allergic reaction. u can take it daily 1 pill in the morning what i said when y wake up.with these above pills u can safely go day by day an lose that fat like a pocket full of change that has a hole in it.these are the essential supplements i take till this day and will continue to take as long as i live. MAKE SURE you take NxLabs Weight Loss Cleanse and Burn Kit BEFORE U EAT SOME BIG MEAL or any heavy calorie type of food-pizza-cake-i dono a ton of meat it will flush it out and ull keep burnin calls.MY STATS from November 2012 till now i lost a total of 33 pound (was 230 now 197 5.8 dude) still eat what i feel like.if u read this far and u wanna live healthier with no chams just plain healthy food and daily multi vitamins- ill post a link bellow to a utube vid that motivated me to start losing my weight when ill find it.. im not the guy fro that video, i think personally this works as my i had tested this on my sister :P

Before I bought this product, I only lost 2 lbs per week...which is great, but I was missing my goals of 3 lbs or more. After taking the Cleanse and Burn kit for one week, I was finally able to meet my goal of 4 lbs. Even though it works more as a digestive aid rather than an actual weight loss product, I was still satisfied with the results.
