it works but beware

ok so this product definitely works. after taking this for only a week people kept asking if im losing weight or complimenting me. which is great and i did notice a difference my self. BUT the con about this is the side effects. ugh these pills give me nausea, bloating, gas, a bit of dizziness, and headaches. they recommend only take one at a time. heed this warning because me, like a dumba** decided i would take 2. lol i learned my lesson. i had all those symptom times 2 nd for a longer period of time. but any way over all its good just didnt like the side effects. if you dont mind then i would recommend it.

IT REALLY WORKS

My sister lost more than 20 pounds while consistently taking Goodliness for 2 months. Of course, I was eager to try it as well.I also lost about 20 pds, maintained what I ate and exercised as well. And, most especially it didn't give me any jitters at all or headaches. Just need to drink lots of water and fruits/vegetables. =) I'm satisfied...I'm still working on trying to take off another 30 pds.

I lost all together about 10 pounds in 2 weeks then my pills got damaged and i had to throw the remaining ones away but im about to order some more, great way to loose weight if u hate dieting and excersize!!
