Not sure these work

I saw the reviews of this product on Dr. Oz. I decided to try it. I have been taking it for 2 weeks, and I don't notice anything, other than I get hunger pains more than usual. Maybe they work different on different people, I'm not sold on it. I was hoping they would at least curb my appetite, it was the opposite.

I am very disappointed. Doctor Oz confirmed the fact that Garcinia Cambogia will definitely help you to lose weight and block fat from forming in your body. I have been taking 4 tabs a day for about a month and I have not lost one pound or any inches whatsoever in my body. I have also been eating very healthy and exercising. I was skeptical about the claims made about Garcinia. As an RN I realize that there are so many junk science claims and sites out there. I tend to ignor most of the hype. I accidently saw an interview and videos by Dr Oz which reported in detail the science behnd the metabolic actions of Garcinia. This was what stirred my interest. This product is not a miracle cure, but is a great assistant in dealing with several metabolic issues that many people must deal with daily. I have been using it for almost a month which is not very long in the research of things. However, I have noted an improvement in digestive issues, cognitive issues and other such areas. I will continue to use this and evaluate the long term, progressive effects. The price does not break the piggy bank and the potential for improved health seems good.
