Be educated before you buy
By 2nd time not a charm
I purchased this product last week. I had heard about the Dr. Oz study, but am literally listening to the show as I speak. What he warns about may be appropriate to share here. First of all, he states that the actual product studied must have Svetol (which this product does not have). He also states that it should have GCA. (This product does not have). Most importantly, he states that he does NOT endorse any product and if his name or "100% pure" is on the bottle, it is fraudulent. My bottle arrived with a Dr. Oz endorsed sticker...

Good Product

I bought this product because it seemed to have the most actual Green Coffee Bean Extract for the money. The little container comes with a tiny scoop for measuring out a serving. I just scoop out the powder, tap it into a teaspoon, put it into my mouth dry (from the teaspoon), and swoosh it down with a nice cold drink of water. The Green coffee bean extract tastes bitter for just a second or two, until it is gone out of my mouth. Dr Oz said to take it 1/2 hour before meals, twice a day, so that is what I have done. The results? Well, it improves my mood, and gives me a feeling of more energy. Not so sure about weight loss; that seems minimal, but perhaps not non-existent. I am completely happy with the mood and energy boost, even it that is all it does for me. I am reordering.
