Easier than measuring powder

I like taking the capsules better than having to measure bulk powder every day. The ketones were working but I felt I needed more help. I found that if you pair garcinia cambogia with this it makes it way more effective. Life & Food Has a Winner With This

This really does help boost your metabolism as well as aid in fat burning. Again, you can't just expect this pill to be a miracle & do all the work for you, but eating healthy and moderate exercise altogether will definitely help with weight loss. You will see results but for some it may be very gradual so don't give up. It took a while to get the weight on & it will take a while to get it off. This will aid you to have a more efficient metabolism & that is a big plus. Worth trying a bottle but remember, you can't eat anything you want and loose weight. You still have to work at it but it will be worth it for your appearance and for your overall health.

I spent allllllllot of time searching for the right brand to buy for the Raspberry Ketones. I wanted to see if it really worked because I wanted to lose 10 pounds to get back into shape. I chose Life & Food because I thought it was the best bang for your buck, but when I started taking it, it made me hungry all the time. It may be that this might not be the right product for me, but i've tried many different kinds of weight loss pills and this is the first one that made me want to eat more. It kind of sucks because I pretty much have a full bottle left and I dont plan on taking it anymore :/
