The seal on the bottle was not adhered to the bottle. The plastic seal was still in tact but the paper seal wasn't. I was very hesitant about using this product. Reluctantly I did. I haven't seen a reduction in weight with this product. I follow a strict diet regimen and exercise but nothing. I've been taking the product for about two weeks. I will continue but the manufacturer needs to make sure the top seal is on correctly or I will no longer purchase it. I will send the next bottle back if it's the same.

I had severe stomach cramps the 2nd day I took these, and I didn't take anymore after that. I'm not sure if they were the cause but it was significant enough pain that I didn't want to risk taking them again.

It's okay

I only have about 3 more days left of these pills and I have lost about 4 pounds but I attribute it to exercise and eating smaller portions. I do feel as though these pills curbed my appetite, but that's about it. I wanted to see what the hype was all about and I'm not impressed. I wouldn't purchase again.
