I'm still not sure how I feel about it...

OK. I've only been on this stuff for a week or so, so I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I can tell you this though: Sensa is not odorless and it does change the taste and texture of your food. So far, Sensa makes me feel uncomfortable--like when I eat, I feel too full. Maybe I'm eating too fast for Sensa to kick in. I'm going to try eating slower and see if that helps. After my month is over, I'll update my review and let you know if I've lost any weight. If I have, it might be worth altering the taste of my food. We'll see.

Pretty cool

I've been on it fora month and lost about 10 lbs which is better than most diet plans seeing as I've been eating whatever and not working out at all. I tried this because I had a pretty bad back injury and haven't been able to work out for 2 months this has kept me from losing my mind. It really does keep you full almost all day and you can only taste it on foods that don't have a strong flavor the sweet side tastes similar to Splenda
