Ingredients: Cha De Bugre, Green Tea, Garcinia, Pomegranate, Guarana, L-Carnitine, L-Tryptophan, L-Glutamine and Vitamin B6. Cha de bugre is native to Brazil and is used for weight loss because of its ability to stimulate fat burning and energize the metabolism. It is an appetite inhibitor. There are also studies that show how this plant can reduce fat deposits in the abdomen and hips as well as gradually make the presence and appearance of cellulitis disappear. It is also a gentle diuretic.

I absolutely love this product. I am on my 2nd month. The 1st month I didn't see the scale drop as much as I would've liked but, I lost ALOT of inches. I can definitely tell the difference around my waist (which is my trouble spot). It also gave me tons of energy for the entire day. It says to drink lots of water, but that won't be a problem, because the product makes you really thirsty. It kind of reminds me of the adipex (without my heart beating a million times per minute).The only thing I'd suggest is to make sure you detox for a few days before starting this product, and to take fiber because you can become constipated. I am extremely anxious to see how many inches I will lose this month and Lord willing some pounds also.

I lost around 15 pounds in like 2 months, i only need it to loose those 15 pounds & i started taking these products and they gave me energy and i was never hungry or craving bad food, I have lots of friends who are taking these pills and they are all very happy with the results, I didn't have to excercise or eat less i only took the pills and that's all i did, I would recomend this to anybody, trust me you'll see amazing results within 3 weeks =)
