I have read a number of positive reviews about this supplement brand on different websites so I decided to purchase a bottle.Taking the supplement in veggie capsules is great for me as I don't like taking anything artificial and it is way more natural than gel caps or pills.Since taking the capsules I have noticed that my appetite is smaller so I am snacking a lot less and I have more energy now as well. After ordering the company were very professional with their customer service, the shipping was fast and the product is high quality. At this early stage I have lost a dress size already and feel healthier so I would definitely recommend trying this, as the price is really good for the quality of the supplement. I suppose different things work for different people but it's well worth giving this a shot.

The product arrived promptly and the customer service was great. My husband started taking 1 capsule before each meal time, so 3 capsules a day and he and I have noticed that although it is too early to report any weight loss yet, he is not snacking on as much food between meals as he did before. Although he needs to give it more time, the early signs are encouraging.

I am a 39 year old female, 5 ft 1 and weigh over 200 lbs!. I am a Mum to 2 young boys under the age of 10 and have little time in a busy schedule to prepare healthy meals for me and my family. I also have a medical condition which makes it harder for me to exercise. Because of this I have gained about 60lbs in the last 4 years which I am now desperate to lose.This is my second purchase of Garcinia Cambogia Plus. The only change I have made is to cut down on the amount of fast food I have been eating and in the time I have been taking Garcina my appetite is way down and I have lost 11lbs so far. This is great.
