This products definitely works! I have been using it for about a month now and I already dropped about 10 pounds with me working out about twice a week. My only suggestion try to take the second pill before 7 pm. I was having trouble going to sleep before 12 when I was taking the second pill after 7.

I bought this purely based on the reviews.... and doctor oz! I do not have a lot of weight... probably just that last 10-15 pounds.... so this is what happened...nothing for first three days.... I take it twice a day.... then fourth day... I realize that I wake up... not hungry... so I just have a slice of cheese and a few grapes.... then by lunch time.. still not very hungry... but have a soup as I think I should! I am also anemic.....so I have to eat on a fairly regular basis.... by the 8th day... my calorie count is down to about 1000, by week three its EASILY now between 800 -1000..... I feel great, I sleep better, I wake up better and I still eat WHATEVER I want... I just DO NOT WANT MUCH.... and have no more cravings for anything sweet.... in fact... when I have eaten something sweet, like a candy etc.... i have felt a bit sick..... EVERYONE have commented on my weight loss... I would say ... TAKE THIS REGULARLY.... AM and PM.... wait at least five days for the effects to kick in!

I did try this pills for 2 months I lost 9 pounds & this is second time I'm buying it I'm guessing most of poor review on this item is from competitive & some people forgotten about right diet. It's work in long term believe me
