Great stuff

I had been stuck for 2 months not losing a pound I diet and I work out 5 days a week and I just could not lose the weight. This is not my first time loosing a large amount of weight so i do know what im doing. i have lost 50 lbs after having my first child. I started taking the gcb, and a week later I lost 4 lbs the next week I lost 4 more lbs witch was great I only have 13 ore lbs to loose to get to my goal weight. This deff gave me more energy and suppressed my hunger. U do have to drink a lot of water with it so that it works and on top of that u will be really thirsty.

I started taking this just over a month ago. I immediately noticed a curb in sugar cravings and decrease in appetite. I am hypoglycemic so the fact that this helps stabilize my sugar is awesome! Before I always felt like I needed to eat something to keep my sugar levels normal and if I was too busy and hadn't eaten in a while I would go into a full blown sugar attack! I have not had that problem at all while using this product. I have lost 13 lbs so far which I am told is more than average weight loss known for this product. I will definitely keep using this product!

Although I was really skeptical at first, I started taking this product several weeks ago, and I am now glad that I gave it a shot. I noticed that I was not craving sweets nearly as much, and that my energy levels have increased. I was happy that these pills did not cause any adverse side effects, nor did they make me jittery. I have lost several inches from my waist, so I will keep using this product! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
