Feel Great

My doctor recommended that I use this a year ago. When I did, I felt like a completely different person when I was done. More energy, and the caffeine and sugar addictions were gone. On the flip side, the first time you use this product, you will be quite ill for the first few days. They say that's the toxins being removed, and probably caffeine withdrawal, too. I spent the first 2 days in bed. No food for days 1 and 2, then very limited choices for days 3 through 7. If you can survive it, it's well worth it. The doctor told me to use it once a year, so this is my second time using it. The side effects weren't nearly as bad this time.

amazing cleanse, worth choking down the awful shakes

This is an amazing cleansing product! My energy is boundless. One thing though, the shake truly tastes awful. I mean it is truly the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted, and I am one who likes almost all foods. That is the only reason why I gave this 4 stars. You do get used to it, however, so hang in there. It is completely worth it! I find that if I hold my nose, chug the shake, then keep holding my nose after I finish the glass while I rinse my mouth out with water, it is not such a horrific experience. You barely have to taste it this way. Mixing the shake with 100% pure organic apple juice also helps distract from the taste. The shake makes you feel great though. It is filling and gives you energy. I am not trying to be negative about the program, it yields fantastic results, I just wish someone had just given me some tips about how to get down those shakes. Do not get discouraged, I cannot emphasize enough how great the results are.

My doctor recommended this detox when he started suspecting that I was allergic/sensitive to ferments/mold/yeast. I felt fine on the first day, maybe a little hungry, however by the second night I felt as sick as I was when I had appendicitis. I knew it would be tough, so I stuck it out. Days 3 and 4 were basically laying in bed and not wanting to eat at all. I was exhausted going up and down the stairs of my house. Also, I have to say that the taste and texture of the drink by the third day really got to me. I learned to hold my nose while I drank and that helped tremendously. I followed the instructions closely and only ate and drank the foods that were allowed by the program as well as ferment free for my needs. By day five I was really starting to get my energy back and by day six I was back to normal. I have to agree with the other reviewer that I haven't felt this good in years. That says a lot since allergy season id starting early this year and I have severe outdoor, indoor and food allergies. I would recommend this to anyone who is frustrated with their health and wants a new beginning. I am now following a special ferment free, thyroid friendly diet and feel so much better. I will not hesitate to do this again. Hopefully it will taste better by then
