Takes Time but Works

I have noticed a big difference around my waist. After losing most of my extra weight a couple of years ago I was never able to lose a slight fat layer around my waist. Sometime during my second bottle of this product the fat slowly went away. I always eat careful and workout, I made no changes to my routine. Of late I have been eating normal american without any weight gain. I take six capsules each day, 2 @ morning, 2 @ dinner, 2 @ bedtime. I also take fishoil and ZMA.

Just what I wanted...

And at the right price! For many years I took CLA as a cholesterol control treatment and it brought my numbers down from 365 to 223. I quit taking it for a couple of years because of financial reasons but now I am back to it and feeling good! I haven't had a recent cholesterol count since starting but I bet it will be great! So much more efficient than fish oil or oatmeal or any other method I've found. I don't believe in the statin drugs and refuse to take them.

This product was recommended to me but it did not do for me what it did for the person who recommended this product to me. I am sure it will work for others it just did not do it for me.
