Discomfort wasn't worth it

At around 195 lbs, I usually fluctuate between 11% and 14% body fat. After cycling off BELDT: Force Thermogenic, which helped me cut down to 12% at 185 lbs pretty easily, I started using this Hydroxycut. In fact, I really only switched over to because my lifting partner gave me the last half of his bottle. I'm not going to say it's ineffective, since I had loads of energy and was able to shed another couple pounds (didn't check body fat % this time), but after a while I'd had enough of the jitters and stomach cramps. At first, I though it was an adverse reaction but apparently a lot of other people had the same experience, even my buddy. Might work for some, but I'll be switching back.

Yes, this product does everything it is supposed to due. I have used hydroxycut on and off for years. I'm a 21 years old and newly enlisted in the army. I needed to drop 15lbs to avoid being body fat taped. Back to subject, use as directed. Follow the instructions when first starting the product to the tee. One pill is is equal to as much caffeine in 3 cups of coffee if sensitive to caffeine. THE PRODUCT IS A THERMOGENIC SO YOU WILL BECOME HOT, RED, SHAKE, AND DUE TO BEING NEW TO YOUR BODY YOU MAY BECOME SICK. Before starting the product on the day before drink at least 10 cups of water, you would be better off with a full 128fl of water (a gallon). Hydration is the key to this product's effectiveness. Maintain this hydration level the whole time you are using this product. More importantly this product doesn't magically burn fat and calories. It provides the energy and the motivation to get in a good workout. I used this product yesterday at full daily dosage and.... 7.5 mile run, 30 min. elliptical, 45 min swim, and a full 15 min session of HIIT was the result. One last thing when properly used with hydration, proper diet, and 40 min of exercise 4 days a week you will see results like I did. On 07/21/2011 I weighed 325 today 06/12/2012 I weigh 208. Results are not instant and not given they are earned with a consistent healthy lifestyle.

side effect..

The bottle says to eat 30-60 mins after taking the pills. I kept doing it after 60 mins, by that time i started feeling nausea and shaky., then i started to eat like 30 mins after the pills and felt way better, so i would definitely recommend eating after 30 mins, not 60.
