A huge part of helping me reach my weight loss goal

After hitting a plateau for the last 3 months, I have finally been able to start losing weight again since starting starting 7-keto. My goal was to lose 45 lbs which I've been trying to lose for over a year. Before I stopped losing weight I had lost a total of 20 pounds and its only been two weeks since I started losing weight again but I'm already down another five so I'm pretty happy right now.One thing I will also mention is that supplement called the fat loss stack (90 Days Supply Natural Fat Loss (Weight Loss) Stack Bulk Powder) which I also started taking around the same time as the 7-keto. I think these supplements are the reason why I'm not eating as much because I read how these different fat burning supplements are supposed to work better when taken together.I have 20 more pounds to go and a little less than two months to do it, so I think I'm in good shape to reach my goals within my target date.

I have taken these for about a year and they are the best thing to help lose a few pounds or twenty pounds. Yes it takes more than one bottle and a few months to achieve that goal but it is worth the time. You do need to take these with a meal since they cause a little gas if you dont!!! Eat foods that are healthier and exercise and the weight comes off a little faster than it would without doing those things. Worth buying!

horrible reaction, this DOES cause adrenal imbalance

I took this for energy and liked the effect it had there, but I had a terrible reaction to this product. it seemed fine the first day but made me swell up very badly. I thought this was a safe supplement because even "livestrong" claims that it has no adrenal effect. Despite claims that 7-keto does not affect your hormones, indeed it DOES affect them, pretty dramatically, especially at this dose, which is way above the recommended dose -- so take care. a search online showed me that it can actually cause estrogen to increase rapidly and thats what I think happened to me. If you are a woman, this will seriously mess with your cycle. If you want to try Dhea just go with the low 10mg dose from a reputable vitamin company like Jarrow, etc.
