Work great if you know how to use it.

The negative reviews are based on people not knowing on how to use this product. Its a very effective product for fat loss if used correctly.This link will educate anyone on how to use yohimbine hcl for fat loss:[...]Here is the quick tip review of proper use:-Alpha receptors in your body is that they inhibit fat breakdown, So wherever they are abundant, you have a harder time losing fat in that area.-Yohimbine HCl is that it acts as an alpha receptor blocker, since alpha receptors inhibit fat breakdown, and Yohimbine HCl inhibits alpha receptors, the net result is that you get an INCREASE in fat breakdown.-Studies have shown that does anywhere from 8-24mg of active Yohimbine produced fat loss effects.-Raised blood pressure and heart rate are the side effects that accompany the higher doses if you are sensitive to the product.-start small, assess any side effects, and then increase your dose in small amounts until you reach the desired or full dosing-max dosing is dosing at 0.2mg/Kg of bodyweight. divide by 2.2 to get Kg.-Start at one capsule and increase daily by one capsule until your max calculated dose is reached.-Yohimbine HCl's effects work the best in the absence of insulin, and its effects start to diminish the more insulin is present. A very effective fat loss agent when dosed and used correctly. My suspicion is that the negative reviews are based on experiences of people who do not know how to properly use it.It must be taken on an empty stomach, and is most effective when combined with cardio. Proper dosage is 0.2 mg/kg of bodyweight.It is a SUPPLEMENT first and foremost, meaning it is not a magical pill, but a beneficial plus to a good diet and exercise.

Side effects

I bought and began use of this product about a month ago. I immediately noticed increased anxiety(subsequently changing my attitude - not in a good way), numbness and minor aching on the entire upper left portion of my body including the arm. I tried this to power through the last few bits of poundage I had hanging on. I'm Male @ 158lbs. I knew of these potential side effects before purchasing, and it's the first time i've experienced any from supplements.The increased sex drive and appetite suppressing properties were readily apparent.
