A very handy, and very complementary supplement

I started using CLA around two years ago to help boost my metabolism and lower my cholesterol, and it works great for both (though it did take a little while see some noticeable impact on the cholesterol side). On a hunch, I also decided to incorporate a good Green Coffee Bean Extract supplement to see how well they synergized. (Don't let the fad fool you... GCBE has been around well before Dr. Oz even mentioned it) Since then, I have seen a vast reduction in my abdominal fat and cholesterol, as well as serious influence on my metabolism and mood.For anyone who'd like to know, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) assists in the metabolism of stored body fat and prevents the body's overall metabolism from slowing down. In addition, it produces prostaglandins which inhibit cholesterol bio-synthesis. My inclusion of Green Coffee Bean Extract was due to its ability to inhibit the release of glucose in the body as well as enhance the liver's metabolic process (as far as fat is concerned) on behalf of the chlorogenic acid found in the beans. In other words, you've got a double-edged sword working in your favor to keep you lean and healthy inside and out.Now, before anyone gets up in arms, this is not medical advice. At all. Like I said, I did this to test a theory and it worked out. Swing it past your doctor and see what they say, especially if you think there may be pre-existing conditions that could get aggravated by taking additional supplements (of any sort). Also, if you aren't exercising, you really won't get the most out of it. Fitness is your greatest ally.

I have been using this CLA for 1 month. Have lost 5 lbs since taking this product. I can say with excersise this definatly works. The previous month on had only lost 2lbs with same excersise routine. 6 days week, weights and cardio.

This is one of the safest supplements on the planet to aid in fat loss. In a nut shell it slows down fat absorption, makes your body use more of your fat for energy and helps add lean muscle. What most people don't realize is CLA can be derived from sunflower and safflower. Safflower is superior. It will give you 80% vs. 40% for sunflower. So 1250 mg of safflower oil will give you 1000mg of CLA. This is one of the best out their. Now taking this and not exercising will achieve minimal, if any results. If you are already hitting the gym you will see great results. Diet is a factor as well. The best part is it is safe.
