Seems to be working!

I was very skeptical when I decided to try the ARX weight loss pills. I have been struggling with losing weight since having children. I normally feel hungry all the time and really feel sluggish most of the day. I am happy to say that I have noticed a difference in my energy level and the amount I have been eating since taking the pills. I have also happily noticed that the weight is slowly starting to come off. I am very happy I took a chance and decided to give this product a try.

I am a 6'2" male. BEFORE this product I was able to go from 227 to 208 over several months. For the life of me I could not get below 208. Then I went to 210 and have been stuck there for the past two or three months. My goal is 200 (+ or - 2 Lbs).I began using this product four days ago and it is actually helping me to lose weight! I saw results the morning of Day 2!!! I have been weighing myself almost every morning before breakfast for over ten years. For the past two or three months every morning I have weighed 209.4 - 210.8 lbs. Four days ago I weighed myself Monday morning (210 lbs) then took my first pill.My actual weight changes after taking this product:Day 1 (June 3rd Monday morning) - 210 LbsDay 2 (Tuesday morning) - 208.6 Lbs (extremely thirsty so drinking more water)Day 3 (Wednesday morning) - 207.8 Lbs (very thirsty so drinking more water)Day 4 (Thursday morning) - 206.9 Lbs (thirsty so drinking more water)Day 5 (Friday morning)(today) - 206 Lbs (thirsty so drinking more water)Thus far I have lost four pounds in five days without overhauling my lifestyle!!! This is unbelievable! I feel fine except for minor side effects the first three days that I have notated below. I give this product five stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Based on the current trend (that I actually intend to slow down a bit) I suspect I can reach my goal of 200 Lbs in another week. However, extremely rapid weight loss is actually bad for your health and can be dangerous in some instances if you already have underlying health issues.CONS -Day 1 (Monday) I felt somewhat drugged. It felt as though I had taken a muscle relaxer. So I received the opposite of "additional energy"Day 2 (Tuesday) I had a slight headache which I attribute to this product. Didn't feel as drugged as Monday.Day 3 (Wednesday) no headache but feel just a little bit off of my game. Feel very relaxed (that slightly drugged feeling). My reflexes seem slightly diminished.Day 4 (Thursday) Felt 100% normal. except now I've been using the bathroom (#2) more than usual. Very slight case of diarrhea but nothing crippling.Day 5 (today) I feel completely normal. No sign of the previous minor side effects.PROS -Losing weight without overhauling my current, healthy lifestyle. I still workout the same amount of time and still eat my healthy meals.Appetite is somewhat suppressed. I notice I don't crave snacks as often between meals. I now eat one snack bar where I would normally crave for two.I do not feel jittery at all as one sometimes will when taking diet pills. My heart rate is the same as any other day. I don't feel anxious or irritable.The effects appear to last 10 - 12 hours day. I eat breakfast and take the pill around 8:00 AM.I am very in tune with my body and can often detect the slightest of changes. I can feel this product still working into the mid/late evening. By the time it feels like it has totally worn off I am mentally preparing myself for bed (typically around 8 PM) I don't go to bed until 11 PM or so. By that time I am ready to eat my bedtime snack which is typically a small bowl of Fiber One cereal.I do not notice any "peaks" or "valleys" throughout the day. There is no "crash" that I can detect with this product. The "slightly "sluggish" feeling remained constant with no deviation in intensity throughout the first 3 days until the evening when the products effectively dissipates from my system.My workouts go as they normally do. I may have detected a little extra "drive" in my workout because of this product (not sure). I have been able to finish my last sets with less effort (or so it feels). It is too close to judge though.CONCLUSION -I am amazed at how quickly this product impacted my weight. I saw measurable results the very next day following my first use. Although I do not like the slightly sluggish feeling I felt the first few days as well as the minor headache on day 2, the benefit of finally moving toward my weight goals far "outweigh" the minor side effects I noted. I think my body had to go through a mild, adjustment period.I am a huge skeptic of diet products but this one is actually delivering for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT but not for extended use.CONSIDER CYCLING USE OF THIS PRODUCT - (5 days ON 2 days OFF or 4 days ON 3 days OFF)1) Extremely rapid weight loss is not healthy and can be dangerous. It takes years to gain weight so don't rush to lose it.2) Your body adapts to new things by altering internal functions. Cycling off the product allows your body to function normally and rebalance itself.3) Gives your kidneys and liver a break along with other processes impacted by this product4) Will prevent your body from adapting to accommodate this product. So when you quit using it for good it won't be as much of a shock to your system.5) Professional bodybuilders cycle their supplements for similar reasons.NOTE: Cycling may not be necessary to do but it is a common practice with other suppliments that have a major impact on the human body.UPDATE (7/22/13) - I have been "cycling" this product in order to allow my system to return to its version of normal for a day or two. I used this product every day for four to five days. Then I did not use it for two or three consecutive days. My "off" cycle was Saturday, Sunday, and sometimes Monday. I did this until the bottle was empty. I did see a 1 pound gain for every 2 to 3 pounds that I lost. My lowest measured weight was 201.3 Lbs. That is only because I pigged out on pizza a couple of times as well as chips.I ran out of this product two or so weeks ago. I ordered a second bottle which is scheduled to arrive this week. I am currently 203 lbs and now would like to reach 198 lbs which is very doable thanks to this product without drastically adjusting my mostly healthy lifestyle.Once I achieve 198 lbs I will cycle off this product with the assumption that I will regain 2 or 3 pounds a couple of weeks after I fully stop taking this product.

I got this product for my husband because he wants to lose a few pounds. He has been taking it week now and says he isn't hungry when he comes to mealtime. He has more energy, is eating less and really seems to be curbing his appetite. He has a tendency to snack between meals and he is no longer doing that! Very easy to take just one before breakfast and he has lost 2 pounds already.I would recommend this product to everyone who is trying to lose weight!
