Product Description
Take 1-2 scoops with 4-6 ounces of water per scoop 15-30 minutes before breakfast. On workout days take 15-30 minutes before beginning workout. Begin by taking 1 scoop per serving. Once tolerance is assessed, serving size may be increased by ½ scoop until a maximum of 2 scoops at any one time is reached. Do not exceed 3 scoops in any 24 hour period.

All bite, no bark

I make frequent use of preworkout powders and cycle thermogenics several times per year. I have my personal preferences for preworkout powders based on intensity, jitters, duration, and crash. Generally, I generally like USP Labs products and have made use of OxyElite Pro pills with great success. The fat-burning effects of the product seem to stack up fairly well to the pill form with the added benefit of a preworkout.I use this product slightly different that most preworkouts in that I make a tall glass of water with one scoop every AM and sip it until gone, another after lunch, then a quick shot before I work out.Oxyelite Pro Super Thermo Fruit Punch Review:Taste -awesome, but the last sip is usually gritty and chalky.Intensity -about 30 minutes after ingestion, a good focus comes over and a nice warm feeling prepares the body for workJitters -none to speak of, however if you have a low tolerance to caffeine, you may get slight jitters, but overall, the rush is clean and strongduration -there is minimal beta-Alanine in this product, so there won’t be "itches" or "skin crawling," however the effects last a good while and should get you through a 60-90 minute workout easily.Crash -none for me. Because there are not jitters to start, there is not a crash per se, however I can definitely tell once it has cycled through my system. Your experience may differ.Fat-burning -seems to work well. I have leaned out some, but this is not a substitute for doing hard work! There is no magic pill or powder.I will buy this product again and would recommend to others.

Had excellent results w the pills a few years ago (30 lbs in 6 months) Wanted to try the powder for cutting. Stuff is great. Taste awesome and seeing results already......3 lbs my 1st week. Would recommend!

Oxyelite pro is by far the best fat burner out there. Be careful though if your going to take this product make sure that you take the right one usp labs had some problems not to long ago where the product was banned but the brought it back out as a new formula acourding to manny has not been the same if your going to order it make sure it is not the new formula get the old stuff you caan tell its the old stuff because it has a clear seal around the cap not a purple one. and it dosent say new formula on it in red on the top right corner. good luck guys
