How Forskolin Works

PROCEED WITH CAUTION

I STRONGLY suggest you research this drug before taking. I have always taken supplements and seem to have positive results with them. But I take them for specific purposes and read up on their uses.I ordered this to give me a boost with my diet/work outs, and it seems to help as I seem to have more stamina. I noticed via many reviews on this site that Dr. Oz had apparently touted Forskolin on one of his shows. I'm sure many people have ordered it without so much as a second thought, but there are some serious side effects you need to consider.If you're on blood thinners, heart medication, or high blood pressure medication there can be adverse reactions. Apparently Forskolin acts in the same manner as blood thinners. It can even cause bruising and serious bleeding if you take ibuprofen, naproxen, Coumadin, etc. Also, there is insufficient data pro or con for many of the other conditions for which it is recommended.So be careful and do your homework!

Can't really see a difference...yet

I have been taking these for about 3 weeks and haven't seen much difference in my overall weight or measurements. I will finish this bottle and repost an update. It may be too soon to see or feel a real difference. I'm not sure if it's the Forskolin Gold or just my appetite consciousnessess, but I do find that when I take it in the morning I am eating less during the rest of the day, so that's a plus.

Daily use

I take this pill daily and eat good but yet have lost 42 pounds. Dr. Oz recommended this pill and I use it.
