The "green coffee bean", a natural compound that has less than 2% caffeine and standarized to 45% chlorogenic acids, the active ingredients to help in weight loss and lean mass by controlling glucose and encouraging the body to burn fat.Scientific Research:A recent clinical study (published in a scientific French review, Phytotherapie) carried out on 50 people aged between 19 and 75 years, demonstrated Svetol's Slimming Action thanks to its fat burning effect. Good Quality Green Coffee

My husband and I just started taking it. He finds it to be a very effective appetite suppressant. I believe it also lessens my appetite but not as much as it does for him. Too soon to gauge weight loss. If you find that you are intensely affected by caffeine or other stimulating herbs you may feel overstimulated with this. I have to take something calming along with this to balance it. I tend to be sensitive, though and am taking other herbs and meds that may contribute to my sensitivity, since my hubby doesn't have the same reaction. I would like to try a 200 mg dose and break it up during the day. I do like that they added bioperene to the mixture since its enhances the effectiveness. I also think gel pills are more effective.
