Great for muscle training....

I am not a huge user of supplements but a friend reccommended CLA to me a few months ago and she looks great. I come across a lot of people looking for the "magic pill" and these are not it unless you are willing to put in the hard work. I do not do weight training but I am an avid bikram yogi, and I have noticed a huge difference on how my arms and legs are becoming shapely. Now bikram yoga is no walk in the park and I do not know to much about supplements but since taking this I am seeing quicker results in muscle definition. It has been about 2 months since I started using CLA and at first I only took about 4 pills a day after about 3 weeks I started taking 6 and thats when I began to see results. I will continue to use this product for another few months and will update my review.

Pretty good

I chose this product based on the fact I wanted something on the more natural side of things to aid in weight loss. I feel that in addition to my gym use and diet it has helped me tone up. The unexpected result of taking CLA is that my knees and feet, which both have arthritis, haven't been bothering me as much. I did a little research and found online that CLA can help with arthritis pain. Overall the combination of some extra help toning and less pain in my joints made this a pretty good buy.

CLA Total Lean Softgel Capsules

I have a co-worker/friend who is taking this product and recommended it to me so I purchased two bottles of the 180 count since it had the second bottle for half price. I should have just purchased one bottle because for the past several weeks I have almost consumed one bottle in taking the daily recommended amount and I have to say, they haven't done anything for me. I'm going to give the second bottle to my co-worker. I have been using my treadmill and if there happens to be any results at all, it will be from the exercise and diet, not the CLA. It may work for other people, just saying it doesn't work for me.
