I was only able to use it for a month and kept forgetting to re-order. I will be re-ordering it soon. I think you need to give it at least three months before you make an observation.

Didn't work for me

Might work for others but it didn't work at all for me. Maybe I'm too stressed for it. Just never noticed any difference and dind't see any more weight loss than the diet provided alone

It does seem to help with stress some. It all might really work or it could just be psychological. Its definitely worth the try.
