Don't waste your money!!

I bought this product to help me with my weight loss. I eat healthy and work out 4-5 days a week. For some reason I have stopped losing weight & decided to give RK a try. I have been taken this every day for the last couple weeks. This particular product doesn't work. It has not given me an increase in energy or suppressed my craving/appetite. I have no lost any weight on this product. The bottom line is it doesn't work! So disappointed

It worked for me

I tried to diet and exercise for about a month before and only lost 3 pounds, so I decided to try raspberry ketones after some research online. These pills are really great. They have no side effects and I lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks plus diet and exercise. I no longer crave sweets and get full quicker.I just take one pill in the morning before breakfast and another one before dinner. I really love this product. I just ran out and can't wait for my next order to arrive.

I tried this item for a month. I also retricted all sodas, and ate healthy. This item did not work as well as was noted. I do not recommend it
