Seems to be working...

I've been using this product for a month now and it seems to be working. I admit I've not changed the patch every day, more like every other day. But I have lost 7 pounds. I reserve my best opinion for the time when I use it every day like the directions and eat properly (which I don't always do).

This Patch Works

I originally had a patch that I used that the weight just melted off of me. This one is not quite as effective, but it is working. I'm taking a couple of supplements to help with cutting my appetite (it's called stacking), but this patch really helps. I had lost 4 pounds and was having a problem losing any more, but since I've had the patch I've lost 5 more pounds. I am on Weight Watchers, because let's face it one must watch what they eat ultimately, but this is a great tool that helps me to stick to the plan. I think the best thing that I can say about this product is that I will not be without it. Once I lose all of the weight that I want, about another 5 pounds, then I won't wear a new patch every 3 days, only one a week, because you can start to lose too much weight.... don't want to lose all my curves!
