Better than what I thought they would be

I went into this with a bunch of skepticism and doubt. My main problem was my lack of control with snacking. When it becomes late at night, and especially after work, I find myself sitting on the couch and eating as much food as possible for 5 hours every night. It has become a sort of ritual and addiction for me. Was recommended this green coffee bean by a friend of mine and he suggested that it could help me with not stuffing my face. I had shared my problem with him and he gave me green coffee as the solution. I take two pills right before lunchtime and then one pill right before dinnertime. The effects build on themselves and I have found myself getting less and less temptation every single day. Especially in the past week I have found myself more energetic, upbeat, and excited for my health. The only drawbacks I would care to describe are the constant thirst and the need to go to the bathroom more frequently. However in a certain light these can be positive factors as well.

the reason why i initially started looking into green coffee extract was because dr oz had recommended it on his show. svetol contained all the requirements that he had stated on his show and following his instructions i began taking 3 capsules every single day. sometimes of course i forget and end up only taking 2 capsules but for the most part i just keep the pills in my wallet and set reminders on my phone to take them. it is important to spread out your intake so you get the maximum desired effect. on average i have found myself losing about 2 pounds every single week, for a total of about 10 pounds lost since i began taking these pills. i have in the past tried every diet under the sun (even inventing some of my own) and not much has really worked for me. if you are not really willing to make lifestyle changes and you are satisfied with a slow patient weight loss system then this pill is for you. even though dr. oz is not right about everything he definitely hit the nail on the head with green coffee.

I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now and have seen myself lose 9 pounds of fat. This is an average of about 3 pounds per week. The best thing that svetol did for me was for curb my appetite and I basically have much fewer cravings for "bad" foods than I used to have. It is all natural as well and proven to work by a few clinically laboratory setting conducted studies. Try it you will not be disappointed! :)
