Worked for Me

This herb is said to help curb hunger. In my experience, I can't tell you whether it did or not, but I can tell you that it did seem to help with slowly dissolving fat deposits in my body. Different people's bodies work differently. And if a person makes a different change to go with starting to take this supplement, it might have the opposite effect because of the other thing that person did. Far too many people will take something like this and think they can then indulge more, and predictably, they have poor results. Far too many people simply don't know how to isolate causes. It is always wise to change only ONE thing at a time, so before changing eating habits, take a given supplement for several weeks before changing anything else.In my experience, this is one of the more effective things I have started taking, and I do recommend trying it. But along with that, to get best results, stop eating refined carbohydrates and sugar. A sugar addiction can be broken in about three weeks, if a person absolutely refuses to eat sugar during that time. Look for hidden sources of sugar and eliminate them. I have tried this, and it does work.A supplement will only do what it is designed to do. This one works for me. That's all I can tell you. Don't use this supplement as an excuse to indulge in something else.This is a good brand because it is free of fillers and other detrimental but generally accepted ingredients. Each capsule contains 400mg of extract 10:1, so it is pretty potent. There appear to be no known side effects from taking it, though I have not done extensive research. So give it a try. If it isn't for you, then don't take it. But it worked for me.

Opposite effect than stated

Instead of lowering my hunger as promised, it made me hungrier than EVER!!!!! Why, I cannot understand. Is it possible that the ingredients were not as stated?
