Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with Svetol. Green Coffee Beans are Coffee Beans that are fresh and have not been roasted. Coffee Beans naturally contain a compound called Chlorogenic Acid, which is the active weight loss compound in Pure Green Coffee Beans. Roasting Coffee Beans destroys the Chlorogenic Acid. Recent clinical studies and trials have shown that the specific combination of Chlorogenic Acid and caffeine are effective for weight loss. One particular study followed 16 people (with a body mass index between 25% and 30%) and between 22 to 46 years old. Study participants were monitored for 22 weeks and participants diets and exercise were strictly monitored throughout the study. The participants ate on average 2,400 calories a day and had a calorie expenditure of 400 calories, nowhere near the levels necessary for weight loss.

Getting results

First of all hats off to the seller, as I purchased this product the Wednesday before Christmas and I was not suppose to receive it until several days after, but it arrived on Christmas Eve. The product works. I started taking it on Christmas Day and have been taking it consistently since then (I take one capsule 30 minutes prior to each meal, so 3 a day total). I have not changed my eating habits or exercise (I workout an average of 3 days/week), but I am eating less simply because the product curbs my appetite. I have noticed no side effects from taking it. I can't tell you how much weight I have lost, as I don't do scales any more, but my pants that use to fit tight are now baggy. I could probably wear one size less, but I am holding off till I've lost more before I buy new ones.

Great Use of Chlorogenic Acid

I'll say this much, this is probably one of the best supplements to have if you are looking for chlorogenic acid intake. The pills do wonders as they can really help in burning fat. I lost 1 pound a week. That was great considering I had no results with other products. Unfortunately I had to stop taking it to treat an unrelated health issue but will definately start again next month. Since I never ate breakfast, that was the only change I had to make. It is important to take it first thing in the morning. I am almost 60yrs old, so for a product to work at my age is truely remarkable. I gave it 4 stars only because of the short time I have taken it. There are no side affects.
