THEY DO WORK!! NO HUNGER PANGS NO SIDE EFFECTS and YOU LOOSE FAT AND INCHES. I AM IN MY 40's and it has been working beautifully!

Well, I feel this has been a good tool for me trying to lose weight. You still need to exercise and try to eat right. But I feel it has helped a lot with not making me as hungry in between meals. I have lost weight and will continue to use it. It is not a miracle cure but it sure has helped me!

taken on empty stomach appetite supressant

All I can say is taken on an empty stomach, it causes slight queasiness which reduces hunger. In that aspect it can work with diet and exercise. However, if you are someone who snacks to settle a queasy stomach, this will have the opposite effect. I think most people with good sense know to take Dr. Oz with a grain of salt. I know no M.D. who would have you follow much of his advice. Very way overblown persona....totally commercialized. I shake my head that I actually bought this, but I figured, what the heck...nothing to lose. I checked WebMD first and there was no health risk to taking it. That credible medical website also said there is no proof it works.
