Do not waste your money

I have been taking these tablets, as directed, for over a month...and not a single pound has come off. A close friend also purchased these same tablets, and has actually gained weight!! No more fads for me!!

Something is working

I can't say for sure, but taking these and a few other changes, I have lost weight - 30 lbs in 5 months. For someone who has tried it all, I believe it was the raspberry ketones, green tea, and 17 day diet guide that made the difference. I won't stop taking these!
