Garcinia Cambogia - Really Works

Losing weight, especially if you have 2 kids and a hectic lifestyle can be really challenging. I have been overweight and depressed for such a long time now that it has started to affect my family. For the most part, I do not like how I look and feel and I hate that I do not know any way that I can help myself. Recently, my sister gave me a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia supplements because she thought that it could help me as she saw it being recommended by a celebrity doctor on TV.I started taking it and I was surprised by the results, I have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks without trying too much at all. I recently started doing yoga in order to increase my flexibility and it was going great... until I had to get into a position that made my stomach look huge. By cutting out fast food and starting to use this Teraputics garcinia cambogia, I was able to cut down almost 9 lbs of fat over the past few weeks. I was very overweight, being a 5'3" female weighing at 160 lbs, but I found it hard to get the motivation to work out. I decided to start trying to lose weight by parts, instead of trying to do all the healthy things at once.1. I cut out fast food.2. Then I added supplements (garcinia cambogia, multivitamins, fish oil, niacin).3. I'm also eating a lot more fruits and greens.One day, I'll start exercising more and hopefully get down to my goal of 105 lbs, but until then, I can say that this product worked for me, and if you just take it slow and do what you can, you can lose weight.
