sensa is a sensation

I have been on sensa for 12 days now and have lost a total of 5pounds,I feel so much more in control of my food and have never been hungry. This is truly the first time i have felt this is the one for me ,sprinkle it on your food and you never feel like finishing your meal,but feel full and satisfied.I would recommend to everyone. nan massey

I will admit, I did not purchase month 1&2 from amazon, but will purchase the following months supply.I have tried every diet from Jenny Craig, Nutri-system, WW, e-diets, Atkins, you name it - and they didn't work well for me. I figured, heck I've tried all the others may as well give this one a shot. IT WORKED!I am a few day short of finishing month 1 and have lost 10 lbs. (Bit of background - I'm mid 30's, 5'8, married & have had kids, don't like to exercise, have had multiple surgeries in the past few years which makes it difficult to exercise, if i wanted to lol) So you see, I am a "normal" person - not a super model by any means.You need to remember to sprinkle it on everything from you breakfast in the morning to the ice cream snack at night, and everything in between (except liquids). In doing this and following the directions given in the kit, I could not finish my meals - and I love to eat! I would get full and stay full which was a bonus.There are two sides to use - sweet and salty. The salty side is used on most foods. It does not change the taste of your food or make it taste salty. The sweet you use on desserts and foods with sugar. This one i think has a bit of a "smell" or a taste - I can't quite put my finger on it but maybe kind of like raspberry - not offensive by any means - and does not change the taste of your food either.All in all I can't wait to see how I am after month 6! This product worked for me and I hope it works for others as well.

WAS SKEPTICAL, BUT NOT ANYMORE

I started using this product on November 20th. I got Month's 1 and 2. At first I didn't notice a change. But after the first week's use I began noticing that I don't finish meals and that my overall appetite has decreased. I have been using it for one month now and have lost 6 lbs. This is probably because I forgot to use it in the beginning.I take it everywhere with me now and can't wait to see how I'll look in 6 months.
