it works!

Tried it for three days, and it did actually make me feel full halfway thru each big meal. But by the third day I spent it in the bathroomevery 10 minutes. It was like prepping for a colonoscopy. And the pills actually smell like ether . Really sorry I couldn't continue with them,because they do work in suppressing your appetite. I do work for a living, and just can't spend that much time in the bathroom. Itreally knocked the heck out of me.

It does it's job.

I just recently started my goal to lose weight. Of course, the best way to go about it is with diet (proper eating) and exercise.My biggest issue with failing at losing weight is the proper eating part. I have such a ravenous appetite! Especially after working out, I always seem to think it's okay to eat whatever and however much I want because I worked out. Well, of course that's not okay.So, I decided to get an appetite suppressant. I have tried a couple in the past, but I never stuck with them because they also boosted my energy levels and made me shake and feel sick to the point of not eating--which then made me feel worse!I went to a local business store in the city I live in that is similar to a Complete Nutrition. I spoke with a gentleman there and asked what he would recommend that is strictly an appetite suppressant. I told him my issues in the past and he suggested Satietrim Saffron Extract.I bought it, even though I was hesitant about doing so after having a couple failed attempts with other ones in the past.******************************After being on it for a week and a half, I adjusted to only taking one capsule a day, around 3-4PM (before my work shift ends at 5 PM) because when I'm off work and bored is when I tend to eat and eat. Plus, it makes these pills last longer for me.I found that they do their job. They don't give me the shakes nor do they make me feel sick whatsoever. They do suppress my appetite.I do not get hungry as often as before and when I do eat, I feel fuller faster! I'll admit, before I used to abuse food and ate until I felt like throwing up. Now I can eat and am able to stop myself upon feeling full.Like someone had mentioned before about "going to the bathroom often", I did find that rather than having one bowel movement a day, I now have one more a day than usual on average (so I go maybe 2-3 times a day). Which is great since now I don't feel that bloated icky feeling I usually got approx. 4 days a week from over eating.From now on, I will buy this product on Amazon since it was $33.99 at the store I bought it from here in the city I live in. It's always good to save a few extra bucks.I am so happy that this is working for me. I haven't lost much weight yet since I've only been on this for a week and a half. It's great to have finally found a product that does what its supposed to do without any nasty side effects.

I'm diabetic and have been putting on weight to the tune of a few pounds per year for the last 20 years. I've tried just about every diet there is with some success but usually not. Having a ravenous appetite doesn't help. So, before I started my most recent diet a friend told me about Satietrim saffron extract. So, I met with the dietician at the diabetes clinic who approved both the saffron extract and the diet plan I was about to start. The first week of my new diet was brutal. I was hungry most of the time but the Satietrim took the edge off my hunger pangs and made them manageable. How do I know this? I tried stopping Satietrim for a day and the hunger pangs that returned were enormous. Now then, please know that Satietrim doesn't completely remove hunger pangs but it does make them very manageable. This product worked for me and I would recommend to all my friends and family. Oh, by the way, when I started my diet on 2-16-13 I was 5'8" tall and weighed 247lbs. Today, 6-8-13 I'm still 5'8" (nothing I can do about that) but I now weigh 207lbs. Satietrim has played a big part in my success.
