Waste of money.

I purchased this as it was a recommendation to stack with OxyElite Pro. I took half the bottle along with OEP, closely following each directions, combined with 6 days a week at the gym, intense cardio and light weight lifting, and I was also on a very low calorie diet. Compared to my activity & intake level prior to this lifestyle change (minimal activity, lots of unhealthy intake), I should have been dropping pounds left and right, even without any supplements! But, I was having a hard time losing the weight. I thought perhaps it was due to not enough caloric intake, so increased it to a better dietary norm that was still low but comfortable. No difference. I was losing one pound per week, week & half... with periods of plateau. With diet & exercise alone, I should have been losing much more than this. So, after a half bottle of Shift, I decided to stop taking it and continue with OEP alone. After a few days, I started losing weight more quickly. I have been consistently losing more weight, more inches. It doesn't feel like my body is holding on to the fat anymore.While taking Shift, there were no symptoms, just as advertised. No side effects, nothing. It's like I wasn't taking it at all. I should have done more research before jumping into buying this, as the ingredient in this is not the right one to achieve the advertised results anyway. OEP, on the other hand, is fantastic!

Not sure if I received any benefit.

I tried this item after being removed from my prescription thyroid medication. My doctor removed meds completely and abruptly, so I wanted to try something in transition. I'm not sure if it had any affect. I felt the same... no better, no worse.
