I am at the end of my Sensa. I have one more month. You will lose weight if you use it all the time and do a little exercise. I'm small and lost only 8 pounds, but I lost inches too. If you do it right, your senses start working better. You taste more and, and if you stop eating before you are over full, you will lose weight.
